I am a BIG believer in metrics! They are the only way I know if what I am doing is working! Over the years I have taken 4 pictures of myself along with 7 measurements. For years there were absolutely no changes.
I believe that we become what we do repeatedly i.e. our daily habits! Your daily habits need to be in alignment with your goals and dreams. You can’t expect to use a map of Chicago to get you to San Francisco.
