“Often, it’s not about becoming a new person but becoming the person you were meant to be, and already are, but don’t know how to be.” Heath Buckmaster
Years ago I had a dream and I choose at the time to let my environment tell me I would never succeed and I just wasn’t “cut out” to follow that path.
It has taken me years to realize just how that one decision effected me, in every area of my life.
With this website I will share, both the ups and downs, of my finally releasing MY inner athlete, the one I know that has always been part of my DNA and soul.
Health and Fitness have always been so important to me, as I believe it is the foundation of a happy life.
So join me on this journey. And if I can help inspire even one other person to follow their dreams, to unlock their greatness, then I will have succeeded with this website!
Where I spend most of my time & using Stories to share my journey

I believe that we become what we do repeatedly i.e. our daily habits! Your daily habits need to be in alignment with your goals and dreams. You can’t expect to use a map of Chicago to get you to San Francisco.
