The Power Of Believing YOU Can

The single most important first step is  believing you can do it. This holds true for EVERYTHING in life. Doesn’t matter what the “it” is!

Believing that “it” can be BETTER then it is right now in this moment.

This holds true for wanting better health, a bigger business or finding the love of your life. Everything first starts with a thought, and then holding the belief that you can do it!

There is the famous Henry Ford quote:  “If you think you can, or can’t, you’re right.”

I 100% agree with him, as having once believed there were a lot of things I couldn’t do, Rescue Swimmer School is a perfect example. Had a believed, I could have learned how to run.

The definition of faith is “complete trust or confidence in someone or something”.

Carol Dweck researches “growth mindset” — the idea that we can grow our brain's capacity to learn and to solve problems. In this talk, she describes two ways to think about a problem that’s slightly too hard for you to solve. Are you not smart enough to solve it … or have you just not solved it yet? A great introduction to this influential field.

What is it in your life that you really want to do…but until now have thought you could not?
